Watch the sunrise from atop a dormant volcano. Scuba dive a WW2 shipwreck. Visit a monkey temple atop a cliff. Find balance in a therapeutic yoga session. Learn to surf in crystal clear water or relax on white sand beaches while the sound of the crashing waves lulls you to sleep. Whatever you're looking for, Bali has it and then some.
Days 1 & 2 — Seminyak
Our first day finds us in the heart of the south Bali beach set. Seminyak is known for it's beautiful beach and party atmosphere. Day 1 is all about relaxing and getting to know the surroundings. Once you've adjusted then we can take a quick trip along the coast to Tanah Lot temple, a famous temple that sits atop a rock formation in the middle of the ocean.
On the second day we'll take our time heading down to Uluwatu Temple at the southernmost tip of the island. The temple sits atop a magnificent cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. The temple is one of six religious pillars in Balinese culture. This will be a full day adventure as dusk provides one of the most spectacular sunsets you can imagine.
Days 3 & 4 — Sanur
We'll head east to Sanur on day 3 to take a break from the partying in Seminyak. Sanur is a much quieter area and will make for a much needed break. Enjoy the shallow waters, coral temples, art galleries and Balinese restaurants.
Days 5 & 6 — Ubud
Our next stop sees us heading north to Ubud. Here we'll step away from the beaches and into the rice paddy fields and hidden waterfalls that make this town famous. During our stay we'll bike through the paddy fields, visit the Monkey Forest and raft down the Ubud river with a few surprise stops along the way.
Day 7 — Amed
We finally head north to Amed where we'll spend the better portion of the day diving the USS Liberty Wreck Site in Tulamben. If scuba diving or snorkeling isn't your thing then you're free to lounge on the beautiful beach or take a guided tour to the top of Mount Batur, Bali's active volcano with a caldera lake beside it. The hike takes only 2hrs but is sure to leave a lifetime of memories.
Day 8 — Denpasar
We'll take our time heading back to the airport and depart at your leisure.
